Services
PiXL4 provides digital agency services including web design, web development, search engine optimization, hosting, and ongoing support. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project are outlined in individual project agreements.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of PiXL4 unless otherwise stated. Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom work produced for their projects as outlined in the project agreement.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are established in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is required before work begins, with remaining payments due upon completion of agreed milestones.
Limitation of Liability
PiXL4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amman, Jordan.
